Private Session

1:1 Integrated Somatic Energy — In-Person

A private session combining Spinal Energetics, Alpha Alignment, and Somatic Alignment — tailored to what your body needs that day. I read your system first, then apply the modality or combination that matches what I find.

Format: In-person at SE HQ Richmond. ~60 min (approx. 15 min over to ensure completion). Body assessment, check-in, energy work, integration. Post-care guide provided.

Private Session

1:1 Integrated Somatic Energy — Online

The same integrated approach delivered via Zoom. Energy work isn't limited by physical proximity — I work with your system remotely using the same Tri-Phase Audit Protocol.

Format: Zoom. Same session structure as in-person — body assessment, check-in, energy work, integration.

Group Energy Session

Meditation, grounding, sound healing integration (event-dependent), and energy work with lights down. Community debrief after. Groups of 15–25.

Yes. Kristina offers 1:1 sessions via Zoom for clients anywhere in the world. Clients consistently report that online sessions deliver the same depth of release as in-person. The energy doesn't require physical proximity — it requires a practitioner who can read the system accurately, and Kristina's protocol works the same way regardless of format.
Kristina practises at Spinal Energetics HQ in Richmond, Melbourne. Group sessions are also held at this location, typically with around 25 attendees.
It depends on what your body is holding and how long it's been there. Some clients experience significant shifts in a single session. Most find that a course of 3–5 sessions allows for deeper, more sustained release as each layer builds on the previous one. Kristina will give you an honest assessment after your initial session — she doesn't create dependency or string you along.
